The room was unique and quiet with a comfortable double bed, I had a good rest. The staff was kind from my arrival up until I left. The venue was in a central location close to Parque Santa Lucía.

Great location near the city center and shops, making it convenient to explore around 🏙️. The room I stayed in was cozy and had all the essentials like a writing table, climate control, and top-notch WiFi connection.

The room we got had wheelchair access, 2 double beds, and a fridge, just as we expected; the design was one-of-a-kind and the staff were fantastic.

It is just a short walk to the Zocalo, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and come with amenities such as air conditioning and fans. Guests can also enjoy unlimited drinking water and basic toiletries. The staff are helpful and the parking is secure.

Smoking is allowed on the corridor, which can be unpleasant for non-smoking guests.

I had such a delightful stay at this cute little boutique hotel. The room was bright and eclectic, and it was spotlessly clean. The location was also fantastic, just a few blocks from the main plaza. The customer service was top-notch, with a helpful and attentive staff. The breakfast prepared by Marcella was absolutely delicious. The hotel even had a small soaking pool and a rare small elevator. I highly recommend this hotel for a charming and memorable stay.

One drawback was the air conditioning in my room. It was quite loud and the air stream went directly onto the beds.

The staff were great, nice, would come here again. The location was awesome in the centre of Merida, close to Museo de Arte Contemporaneo:)))
